Right of withdrawal, returns and claims

The buyer will have a period of ten  calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by means of notification by telephone to +34-650284299, by emailing info@solehandmade.com, sending your letter to our postal address Dalias 113, Cumbre del Sol, or through the form of withdrawal.

According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and Users, the supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SOLE?

Both to return your Solé and to make an exchange, you must follow the same procedure: access your order from your user account, and from there request your exchange/refund by following the steps that you will see on the screen. It is all automatic and you will receive an email with the confirmation of the request as well as the steps to follow.
Remember that Robin is not responsible for the cost of the return. If you are from the community of Valencia or the surrounding area, or just pass through here, you can personally come to our Atelier to make the change or return. Before doing it in person, please call 650-284299 to make sure we can serve you.

If what you want is to make a change in size, color or model, you must follow the steps described above. If you reside in the peninsula, the 1st change is free (except on discounted products).

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Bikinis must be returned complete (top+panties).
Please make sure that the package is duly protected and sealed to avoid transport problems. If your order includes a Robin product gift associated with the product you are going to return, you must include it in the package you send. Once received, we will check their status. As soon as we verify that both the item(s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid.

The reimbursement of the amounts received by the client will be made using the same means of payment used by the client, as long as the contrary has not been provided.

SOLÉ COLLECTION SL may withhold the refund until the product has been received, reason for withdrawal, or until the customer provides proof of return, depending on which condition is met first.

In the event of unjustified delay on the part of SOLÉ COLLECTION SL, regarding the return of the sums paid, the client may claim double the sums paid, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for the damages suffered in excess of said amount.

Return of the defective product.

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not a consequence of the customer, the latter will have the right to return the product, informing SOLÉ COLLECTION SL of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the client. This return due to defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

SOLÉ COLLECTION SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Jurisdiction

Likewise, SOLÉ COLLECTION SL reserves the right to present civil or criminal actions that it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations and applicable in Spanish territory. If any controversy arises, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. SOLÉ COLLECTION SL is domiciled in CUMBRE DEL SOL, Spain.
